Shipping Policy

  • July, August, and September orders leave the warehouse within 4-10 business days.
  • All other months' orders leave the warehouse within 3-7 business days.
  • All orders are shipped from Rochester, Minnesota.
  • Delivery time from ship date will vary by destination and shipping method selected.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping supplies.

If you have received a notification that your order has shipped, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier.

FedEx

  • Track your shipment here
  • If tracking shows your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, or if the tracking shows that your shipment has stalled in transit, please call FedEx at 1 (800) 463-3339.

USPS

  • Track your shipment with USPS by entering your tracking number at the top of the page. 
  • If tracking shows your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, or if the tracking shows that your shipment has stalled in transit, please submit a service request at USPS by scrolling down to the header “Where is my package.” You will need your tracking number, current mailing address, and the Logic of English mailing address (4865 19th ST NW Suite 130 Rochester MN 55901-6791). The postal service will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
