Return Policy

• PDF and MP3 products are not returnable and are not eligible for refunds.
• eLearning courses with proof of purchase may be returned within 90 days of purchase.
• Physical products with proof of purchase may be returned in like-new condition within 90 days of purchase.
• Items must contain all components. No cards or pages can be missing.
• Books must not have been written in.
• Flash Cards and Game Cards may be opened but must be securely bound with a rubber band or in reclosable plastic bags.
• Returns of partial curriculum sets will be accepted.
• If you would like to return items from a set, indicate on your return request that you are returning the set and then send back only the items you wish to return. 
• Your refund will equal the individual retail price of the items minus the amount they were discounted in the set. 
• Items sold under the Sale Menu, or as Clearance or Scratch and Dent are not returnable and are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• In an exchange, shipping for the new item is the responsibility of the customer.
• Credit for returned items will be refunded via the payment method used for purchase.
• Returns at $5000 or more will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
